24/7 LAUNDRY FREEDOM CARD

1.    The Laundry Freedom Card gives you 24/7 access to the WaterSpirit Laundromat at Kangaroo Point. This access is available all days of the year, except any days where we need to close the laundromat for essential maintenance or for any other operational reason. We will give you at least 24 hours notice of the days when the laundromat will be closed by contacting you, using your preferred method nominated on this form.

2.     For your convenience, we would like you to know that between 9.00 p.m. – 10.00 p.m. we will be cleaning the store. However, machines will continue to be available for your use during this period.

3.     Your Laundry Freedom Card is non-transferable and must not be provided to another party for use. Only you can enter the premises using this access card. You may bring other visitors with you but when you do so, you accept responsibility for any vandalism or damage caused to laundromat premises by either you or your visitors.

4.     You are responsible for keeping the Laundry Freedom Card secure at all times and must report any loss or theft of the card to us immediately. You may be held liable for any damage or vandalism caused to the laundromat premises as a result of un-authorised use of the card and your failure to report its loss or theft to us.

5.     Our Night Owl Specials will be available every night between 10 – 11 p.m. Discounted prices available will match those shown on our board for daily specials. 

6.     Please do not allow any third party whom you don’t know and don’t take responsibility for, to enter the store between 9.00 p.m. – 7.00 a.m. unless they have a Laundry Freedom Access Card. You may be held responsible for any consequent vandalism or damage to the premises caused by third parties, as a result of you failing to follow this instruction and allowing others to enter the store after hours during your visit.

7.     Please leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition for use by other customers the next day.

8.     The Laundry Freedom Card remains a property of WaterSpirit Laundromat at all times and may be cancelled at any time without notice.

9.    Deposit of $25 is fully refundable on return of the card to WaterSpirit Laundromat.
